  • This is a License Renewal Year.  License Renewal Date is June 30th, 2020.  You must have a total of 36 hours completed by June 30, 2020.
  • All Broker Licensees are required to complete 12 Hours of CE Every Year from July 1st to June 30th for a total of 36 hours every 3 years.
  • The 36 hours must be comprised of different classes. (Duplicate classes will NOT count).
  • If your license status is Active or Unassigned, you must complete the required CE as described above, in order to renew your license.
  • If you are a newly licensed broker you must complete the Broker Post-Licensing Course within 2 years of licensure, Click Here.
  • If you hold a Managing Broker License, 4 of the 12 hours each year must be Managing Broker approved courses which are marked with an * in our course catalog.  All our course packages are Managing Broker approved.
