Pennsylvania Requirements for Real Estate Continuing Education

The Real Estate Career Institute is an approved continuing education provider in the state of Pennsylvania, Provider #RU003261 and all our courses are ARELLO approved.

Brokers and Sales Licensees:  These individuals are required to complete 14 hours of state approved elective courses every two years; courses must be completed by May 31 of every even numbered year.  The Commission established a new requirement that at least 1.5 hours of  CE must be in the topic of Property Management as a real estate licensee and at least 2 hours must be in the topic of Advertising. The coursework must be completed between June 1, 2018 and May 31, 2020 in order to meet the requirement. Real Estate Career Institute's courses and packages are state approved and meet these requirements.

New Licensees / First Time Renewals:  Individuals who are renewing for the first time are required to complete their first 14 hours of continuing education in specific, mandatory, Real Estate Commission-developed course which is listed and available on our course catalog.

The state does not require schools to report CE hours.  Student will receive an electronic certificate of completion, upon completion of the course.
